No two straps are the same. I don't use a template for cutting, I do everything by eye, and I improvise the decorative curves freehand, without a guide.

Yes, it is! I can put logos or name inscriptions on the strap with laser engraving. Since the laser burns, the inscription will be black, so it does not look good on black, so it is worth using a slightly lighter leather under the inscription or logo, or at least not too dark. You can see many solutions for this in my pictures.

I only use genuine, Italian, quality leather. I also have solutions for vegans, where I use hemp canvas and seat belt material.
